[WIP] Duke Nukem 3D

This is an unofficial port of EDuke32. It is at a playable state, but has many bugs and unimplemented features.
At this point the sound is just a temporary solution and has to be re-implemented properly together with the music which is not implemented yet.

This has only been tested on a N3DS v9.4 using browserhax and themehax

The Circle-Pad, C-Button, and touchscreen are not implemented yet.
