I know many NNID questions have been asked, but I screwed up when using homebrew on my old 3ds with my NNID. Apparently, launching the system settings under a different region changes your system region. (FUCK) It won't let me format my system memory or change anything with NNID settings because "the one on the console is not my region. And I stupidly updated (yeah, I can't format OR change NNID settings but I can update. Really Nintendo...) so I can't change my region back. I was wondering...
