[Question] Homebrew with CFW coldboot.

I have rxTools coldboot but due to it, I have no way of accessing to homebrew (or so I see it that way.) Is there a way for me to access homebrew on my 2DS 9.2 sysNAND while having the files intact for me to access cfw coldboot?

I am really doing this just to get my friend oot3Dhax.
