Normally, I receive error code 007-2001, which is a regional error from my understanding. Today, I decided to launch the eShop with HANS with the region set to Japan, and was greeted with the black 'an error has occurred' screen. I opened the eShop from HOME Menu, and was greeted with what is in the image above.
This surprises me because this is on a USA 3DS.
Can anyone else repeat my steps to see if they get this? I want to know if this has happened...
