I have some questions about the "eShop - old version downloader"

What sort of thing could be possible with this sort of hack?:
* Downloading (free or purchased) titles that you cannot normally download?
* Choosing specific versions to download?

EDIT:
* What can you do with this current hack other than download your regions IronFall first version? [ketal says "Downloading the earliest version of a title present on the eshop server"]
