FBI Error (Noob Question?)

So I recently put CFW on my 3DS (sys 11.7.0)

however, i installed a anemone cia and it worked fine but when i powered off my 3ds to put the hblauncher cia it wasnt on the homescreen
but now for any cia i try to install i get the error
Failed to install CIA file.
Result Code: 0xC8E08001
Level: Status (25)
Summary: Invalid argument (7)
Module: AM (32)
Desc: <unknown> (1)

Is there any fix for this?


EDIT: When I try to install a CIA I never installed before I now get the error:
