Many people who has cfw and loves homebrew, want to convert to CIA file? if So, use this 1 click convertor.
extract files and make some materials for banner, icon, wav and get elf (don't ask me what is elf file, I can't explain what the file is. lol) file then run .bat file!
Don't forget to edit rsf file! Basically you have to modify these lines!
