A problem trying to install A9LH

I'm using Plailect's guide on installing A9LH.
I already have a 9.2 sysNand and 1.7 emuNand with RxTools.
Right now I'm trying to launch Decrypt9 and OTPHelper. The problem is that when I try to launch any form of homebrew, it just kicks me back into homebrew menu without any warning.

I used to run ctrBootManager and then any form of homebrew kicked me back to the boot manager. After I swapped the ctr boot.3dsx with the hbl boot.3dsx, it just keeps kicking me back into...
