I'm sorry for posting so many questions lately, but the process of installing custom firmware has not been kind to me.
I'm following this tutorial (https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki/Part-4-(Getting-the-OTP)), and the .cia of FBI that replaced the Health & Safety app doesn't load past the "Nintendo 3DS" splash screen with the pulsating red corners. Can I just use the .3dsx FBI and get the same result? Or is there a fix for this specific problem?
