Internet problem with the Homebrew

Exemple ;
When i load a FTP server on my 3DS (ftbrony or FTP 3DS, i have the two)
My wifi connection stop and restart when i exit the homebrew, but on a FTP server, we need the WIFI !!!
If i'm fast, i can connect my 3DS to FTP client but, he stop after a little time...
The same problem appears when i load other homebrew with internet...
If i go on The internet Browser or Eshop, or whatever using the Wifi connexion, its work.
But on the Homebrew with wifi, no.
Is a connection problem...
