Well its new thread for discussion about unofficial or chinese builds citra 3ds emulator.

Hi there, lately I've been coding a GPU accelerated 2D library for the Nintendo 3DS, on top of ctrulib. I've got to the point where it starts to be usable, so I think it's time to release it.
This will benefit you if you want to code a 2D game/app/emulator, as you obviously will need to draw textures/images. Maybe software rendering is enough, but if you have a GPU out there, why don't you use it ? ;)

Ninjahax Payload Old 11.4.0.37U

I found an online video that allowed users to overlay New 11.4.0.37E (Europe) Ninjahax QR codes onto an Old 3ds with 11.3.0.37E firmware. However, the same does not work for 11.4.0.37U for some reason. If anyone can explain this, that'll be great.


Secondly, Ninjahax developers' Twitter account said they won't have ninjahax payloads for a while (since early April). Since I bought Cubic Ninja for $27 this week and found this out, should I return the game or wait for the payloads? I'm trying...

[Issue] Unable To Compile FBI

Hello Guys! im unable to compile the source from FBI, i downloaded the project form github, and also downloaded the citrus lib, an d created the route that the project ask for, which is "$(DEVKITPRO)/citrus/tools/make_base".

However, when i try to compile [Make], i get this output:

any help would be truly appreciated.
Note: i uploaded the Make_Base file that i downloaded from Steve github.

THIS IS FOR A9LH AND BOOT9STRAP ONLY!

If you use menuhax, replace every time i say sysnand with emunand. Doing anything to your sysnand without a9lh or Boot9strap will result in a brick!

With that being said....

So many people lately have been reporting bans from unknown causes. This tutorial will help get the 3ds working on the eshop and online games. Frankly, i don't reccomend following this tutorial until the cause of the ban is found out,...

Today I would like to release the Pre 1.0 version of BootCTR9.

This version adds support for boot animations and adds boot passwords, fast softboots, luma payload patching and more.

Old3ds 9.7.0-0E Anyway to Softmod?

I've got an old 3DS on firmware 9.7.0-0E and want to softmod it, I've got another 3DS on 11.3 that's softmodded and was thinking of doing the 11.4 3DS to 3DS method but would like to check if there is ANY other method out there?

I can't do the browserhax or soundhax as its a stock 3DS

Any brainstorming would be greatly appreciated.

Edit - Just pointing out, I've read the 3DS guide and softmodded 2 other 3DS's Just not done a stock firmware one - No browser and no soundhax available.

i was wondering if there was a way to play about any ds game in rom or whatever type it would be to be able to play on the 3ds.?? i know there is a dstwo for this but right now its just easier to see if i can use the rom or whatnot on my 3ds as is?? or would i need to do something else to the rom?? or whaat?? if you got experience in this sort of thing please let me know. im curious here.

[Beta] NTR 3DS corruptions plugin

So, for a few days now I've been streaming some 3DS corruptions on twitch( https://www.twitch.tv/shutterbug2000 ) and I figured "Well, might as well release the plugin I've been using". So, here it is. It's not fully complete, and doesn't work on games with weird memory layouts, but for most games it should work. It corrupts floating points in ram, which results in sorta stable corruptions(better than just corrupting random bytes)....

I accidentally updated to 11.4 right now. :( But I noticed there is no homebrew for o3ds on 11.4 Why? Damn, this stupid update available window... It appeared just before I touched the screen.. And then, I got bad luck, it pressed "accept" on the next window... :angry: Now I no longer have access to Homebrew:cry:

I picked up two of the Castlevania games for the 3DS. That's all neato-spiffy, but the problem is, they've got that annoying dark filter common in Nintendo's Virtual Console games, and the graphics look slightly compressed too. Now I know you can adjust settings in the Ultimate VC Injector, but is there a way to do the same thing with purchased games? I might want to share snapshots of the games in Miiverse, but they're an eyesore with Nintendo's accursed dark filter and scrunched graphics....

Any way to mod legally purchased Virtual Console games?
