TemperPCE for 3DS v0.91 released (24 June 2017)

Another contribution again. This time, it's a port of Exophase's Temper (TurboGrafx/PC-Engine) emulator to the old 3DS and old 2DS. this port heavily relies on the 3DS's 3D GPU hardware to achieve 60 FPS (or close to 60 with frame skips). Since we are using the hardware, some games that utilise special palette effects may not work so well.

"An Exception Occurred" error After upgrading to b9s

Hi i just upgraded my 3ds succesfully from arm9 to b9s. I heard that you can now press home button from homebrew launcher rather than pressing start to reboot. So i tried that and it worked, but once i pressed closed application i got an "An Exception Occurred" as well as "you can dump in the following file: dumps/arm11/crash_dump_00000002.dmp" and"press any button to shutdown". I was wondering if this is normal since this update is knew and all, and if anybody has found a fix or has the...

Hey everyone,
Could someone please direct me to the right thread, I just bought a used 3ds online, when I received it the version was 5. Something, my son updated it to the latest firmware 11.4. Now I'm trying to install custom firmware and HBL on it and I dont know where to start, any help would be appreciated thank you.

FBI's titledb.com remote install crashes

Hi guys

I updated my old3DS from Factory to B9S with all last software (oficial firm 11.4, luma 8.1, FBI 2.4.8).
The problem its with TitileDB.com FBI option for remote install. When I run this, FBI starting to update software list and crashes (freeze) after few seconds.
I tested in two old3DS's whit the same issue, but I have an other one with A9LH & Luma7 and runs perfectly.
Any suggestion?

cxitool is a useful PC app that converts *.3dsx homebrew executables directly to cxi's, which are the building blocks of the CIAs that all you pirates know and love. This app was released a few months ago, but is was buried in a devkitpro repo so it has largely gone unnoticed. The author, fincs, has chosen not to publicize it for whatever reason, even though the source is public. So recently, I've been messing around with homebrew for the first time and I recently encountered a problem. I got FBI, but when I try to install CIA (PKSM), it says Cert signature or hash check failed. How do I fix this?

As you may (hopefully) know, @CTurt made the original 3DSController a few years ago. I used it for many things, but now I started to notice its quirks... I'm not able to START+SELECT in a game that needs it, I'm always turning on the keyboard by accident while spamming the keys, and sometimes the backlight turns on without me noticing it. Because CTurt was very nice by opensourcing 3DSController I reworked it...

All credits goes to Luma3DS CFW developer and those who helped me to compile this freaking CFW, i haven't done much except editing one line in a .h file. (and write "make" in a cmd prompt)

Luma v8.0 commit 52a1883 : (i will update them, for sure !)

New combo : (to open Rosalina)

- R + SELECT + Down
- A + X + Down

EDIT: that's not soemthing huge actually but eh, it's still good

I just created a PHP script that takes two jpg files and output a MPO image picture (3D picture) that can be read with a 3DS. Source code.

Since It is written in PHP it can easly be setup to work online.

Hi, i'm Really new to the cfw scene, having only used soundhax before. anyways, I was following the 11.2 guide for cfw on 3ds.guide as closely as possible. As far as I can tell, I followed it word for word, but when I ran FBI in the finalization process ( section IV step 1 on 3ds.guide ), I got the error that an exception had occured. I don't know why or how it happened and any help would be much appreciated :D (image of error screen posted as well if anyone needs it)...
